Maxim's fun run 2011

Yearly, maxim is conducting a fun run...5 kilometers means buong gateway business park... but all throughout my 10 years stay, this is my first time...

running towards new maxim!!! were growing!!! a new building is being build...MAGALING KASI MAXIM!

thanks to my mentor and my partner who never fails to help me increase my cardio ever since i was diagnosed with shcemic heart disease (not so serious though, namana ko lng to ) He encouraged me to join so i can experience challenge once in a while and it helps releases toxic daw, oh well cge na nga! malakas ka sakin e....

                             oo na, maliit na kung maliit.. malaki lng tlga sya :)

and the winner is... consolation lang kami and we won huan handred feysuses... ang saya!!! kaya ko pala...runner na ako! ano daw??*@

congrats to my co-qa mike j. for winning huan tawsan feysuses and a medal -first place e...laki kasi humakbang...

And last but not the least my 1 and only best friend,partner,mentor and soon to be my husband :) thanks for the challenges and advices. for the morning jogging during our day off, for the surprises and for loving me...Awww!!! owkei cheessyy na... :)

Over all this experience made me crave for another event to come, pramis jojoin ulit ako...im glad i was able to pass the bp requirements in order to join... may doctor pa kasi na mag fifit to run sayo... and during the run meron ambulance na nakasunod...Cant descrive the feeling kasi, it helps me breathe a lot more easier now. hirap kasi talaga ako huminga e. i just take his advice proper breathing lang para makaya ko, too good nakaya ko, inhale exhale while running...aysus!!! :)
